The bright leaf colors and beautiful tones on the trunk of this autumn tree along with it’s shadow and the inverse shape it’s spread caused to the dark background presented a unique scene when presented in a cinema format. Thoimpson Park in Lincroft New Jersey part of the Monmouth County Parks System.

For the past thirty years I have been exploring the many ways photography can be creatively used to record the beauty and interesting qualities of our world. Macro and landscape constitute the largest bodies of my work. Most of all I enjoy bringing out unique interpretations of common objects and scenes that might be missed by casual observation.
